Gentle Flow Yoga- Virtual Zoom
Start your journey to a healthier you. Great for beginners, this class offers a slow & gentle approach to vinyasa yoga. We will flow thru a series of basic postures linking breath to each movement. A slower paced class focused on increasing flexibility thru gentle stretching and improved circulation thru movement. Class will have you feeling energized and refreshed. Props like pillows may be used to provide additional support. Open all levels and those working with limitations.
